400 GMS EDIBLE GUM (DINK)

350 GMS CASHEWS

350 GMS ALMONDS

400 GMS DREY DATES (KHARIK)

400 GMS DRY COCONUT SHREDDED

500 GMS SUGAR POWDER

250 GMS WALNUTS (OPTIONAL)

500 GMS GHEE (OR AS REQUIRED)

METHOD

DRY ROAST URAD DAL TILL PINKISH IN COLOUR.

LET IT COOL

AFTER COOLING GRIND IT IN FINE POWDER.

ALSO GRIND CASHEWS, ALMONDS, DRY DATES, WALNUTS, SEPERATELY

TAKE SOME GHEE IN A VESSEL AND HEAT

FRY THE EDIBLE GUM

AFTER COOLING MASH IT WITH A FLAT BASE BOWL

NOW TAKE MORE GHEE AND HEAT

ADD THE URAD DAL POWDER

ROAST IT TILL AROMATIC

THEN ADD ALL DRY FRUITS POWDER, GRATED DRY COCONUT AND EDIBLE GUM TO THIS

ROAST ALL WELL

PUT OFF THE GAS AND ADD POWDERED SUGAR TO THIS MIX

MIX ALL WELL

BIND THE DELICIOUS AND MOUTH MELTING LADOOS
