SOAK DAAL FOR NOTMORE THAN HALF HOUR.









1/2 CUP RICE OR RICE FLOUR 
3/4 GREEN CHILLIES

1 INCH GINGER PIECE

GARLIC PODS 2 TO3 (OPTIONAL)

HALF TBSP AJWAIN

HALF TBSP JEERA

PINCH OF HALDI

PINCH OF HING

SALT TO TASTE

METHOD

GRIND THE SOAKED DAL AND RICE WITH ALL THE ABOVE LISTED INGREDIENTS

MAKE A SMOOTH BATTER (AS SHOWN IN THE IMAGE BELOW)









NO NEED TO REST THE BATTER

TAKE AN IRON TAWA/ NON STICK DOSA PAN AND MAKE THESE HEALTHY CRISPY DOSAS 


YOU CAN RELISH THEM WITH COCONUT CHUTNEY OR EVEN A SIMPLE TOMATO SAUCE
