RAJMA SALAD

 INGREDIENTS

1 CUP RAJMA/KIDNEY BEANS SOAKED OVERNIGHT (I USED CHITRA RAJMA AS THEY ARE MORE EASY TO COOK)

2 FINELY CHOPPED TOMATOES

1 SMALL ONION FINELY CHOPPED (I DID NOT USE ONION AS MY DAUGHTER DOES NOT LIKE RAW ONION TASTE)

CHOPPED CORIANDER

1 FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI

1 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER

LEMON JUICE

SALT TO TASTE

METHOD

PRESSURE COOK RAJMA WITH LITTLE SALT TILL SOFT

IN A BOWL TAKE CHOPPED TOMATOES, ONIONS, CHILLIES AND CORIANDER LEAVES

ADD COOKED RAJMA TO IT

ADD SALT AND PEPPER POWDER

SQUEEZE SOME LEMON JUICE

ENJOY THE MOST COMFORTING, FILLING AND HEALTHY RAJMA SALAD
